In this case, you are kindly advised to provide us your full flight details (flight no, departure airport and arrival time) as well as your cell phone number. Our driver will be waiting for you in the airports’ arrivals area holding a sign with your name on it. Please note that transfers should be paid cash or credit card and directly to the driver. We do not add it to the room bill.

BABY SITTING
Our baby sitting service will make sure you make the most of your holidays!
No need to cancel that romantic private dinner you dreamt of. You have a work engagement or meeting or attending an event we can secure you a fully experienced hotel babysitter.
Regulations
The babysitter is there to assist you during parental absences. This in no way constitutes a substitute for parental supervision and responsibilities. Tasks including: feeding, bathing, changing etc, but not for beach or pool swimming. For swimming, must at all times be carried out under parental supervision. A maximum of two children per babysitter is permitted.
Timings
Our babysitting services can be booked for a morning, afternoon, evening or a full day, starting with a minimum of 3 hours. Advanced booking is essential so for us to prepare accordingly.
Please note that babysitting availability may be limited, so we urge you to book early.
If you need to change your booking, please inform the Front Desk Team immediately.
Last minute booking are subject to availability.
Availability
Should a babysitter be unavailable due to sickness or emergency, the hotel will do its utmost to find a replacement, subject to availability. It is not always possible to have the same babysitter for the duration of your stay.
Special Instructions
Please ensure that you inform Reception the time of booking, of any special instructions (medical conditions, behavior, allergies etc.). Due to safety regulations, babysitters are not allowed to give medicines.
